Welcome to SooPosh Thrift Store (“Sooposh,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website sooposh.com and related services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Site. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security;

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if any violation or misuse is detected.

2. Product Information

All items sold on SooPosh are pre-owned, vintage, or resale items unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, but:

  • Slight color variations or signs of wear may exist;

  • All items are sold “as-is”;

  • Availability and pricing may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
You authorize Sooposh to process charges to your payment method for all purchases made.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, Sooposh reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped in the order received. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Once a package leaves our facility, Sooposh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout—refunds cannot be issued for incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because Sooposh specializes in one-of-a-kind thrift and vintage items, all sales are final.
We only accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items shipped, or

  • Major undisclosed defects.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details to sooposhmarketing@gmail.com.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or a replacement (when possible).

6. Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
You agree to notify us immediately at sooposhmarketing@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content—including images, product descriptions, graphics, and logos—is owned by SooPosh Thrift Store and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sooposh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting to this page.
Your continued use of sooposh.com signifies acceptance of any changes.
